Loved their service. I was a bit skeptical initially as it was my first time using the service. However, they impressed me with the service. Good rates, good market comparison and timely delivery as promised. I am for sure going to use them again.

Paid for express delivery, no one turned up, no way to contact other than a live chat that takes days to respond. Eventually the offered the refund for what I had paid but due to their mistake my parcel was late for its intended recipient, had to pay double just to get it there and no offer of compensation despite requesting it for the additional i had to pay! If its to cheap to be true it most likely is!!

Excellent service, quick and easy to use. Delivery time texted the morning of collection with an hour time slot and was actually a bit early. Definitely use again. Top class service.

Very good company.The parcel arrived at destination in a reasonable time, even that the weather conditions were not good at all with storm Denis around. Great service and as always at a fraction of the cost from any other company. I will use them again for sure.

I attempted to return a vape kit battery to Amazon via parcel monkey. I chose DPD from the options available and completed the form describing the item as "a battery". I dropped of the small package at the local drop off point and waited for confirmation of delivery. Now 5 days after delivery should have been made the item is being held in Edinburgh and PM are saying it id a prohibited item. Strange that this managed to travel 390 miles before anyone thought to tell me. They had my telephone number. So all in all theve let me down and because of their failure to let me know I am some £40.00 out of pocket. I wont use them again and I will go direct to the carrier and hope that the support is more informative.
