the site was easy to navigate on the whole, the price was comparatively good, the parcel was collected within a couple of days even though it was the festive season. I havent heard yet that it has arrived but it has only been a week and it has been holidays.

Paid for a 24hr Royal Mail Service, took more than 3 days to not be delivered, returned to me. 7 days later, still dont have the item back and the tracking hasnt been updated for 4 days.

Quick and easy parcel delivery to any country you wish to send a parcel to. I have sent a package for my brother not a long before Christmas and they still managed to get it to him on time for Christmas.

Easy to use and reasonably priced, especially given the demand over the Christmas period. Much more convenient and cost effective than using the local post office - will definitely be using again!

Amazing!!! My friend told me about Parcel Monkey and I am glad she did. So quick and easy and if you dont have a printer it doesnt matter just click the the Delivery service which says no printer. Will definitely be using again.

3 days before Christmas, I arranged for a parcel to be collected from my home to be delivered to another home. I chose DHL, parcel was collected 5.55pm 2 days before Christmas and was delivered at 2.30pm the day before Christmas. In a time of Covid with so many parcels being sent including last minute parcels being sent as covid rule changed to only meeting up on Christmas Day. I was amazed this would work but it did. Congratulations to Parcel Monkey and DHL!

I tried to post two parcels to different addresses. I did it wrong because I printed two identical labels for 2 parcels to same address. Cancelled one of the deliveries via customer services. Paid for both deliveries but no idea if I will get any refund. Just waiting to find out.

Item still hasnt arrived, a full week later than planned. Was charged full price, told it would arrive on the 23rd, including Santa presents, still waiting.
