The initial process was seamless. We then received a text advising the frame in which the parcel was to be collected. However, they never turned up. We were not advised by text but email that it was to be later in the afternoon.
Putting that all to one side the parcel was delivered the following day on time and undamaged.
We will be using this service again and would highly recommend them.

Good service, convenient drop off locations and able to track the parcel all the way to Dublin with regular updates. In the past Royal Mail and Irish Mail between them have taken over twice as long and has cost more.
It’s Parcel Monkey for me from now on.

Fabulous service from Parcel Monkey, so helpful from start to finish. My parcel was collected prompt on arranged day and I was able to follow its journey through to delivery from one side of the country to the other, all within twenty four hours at a very reasonable price.
