I spent two weeks asking them to tell me what to do with the wrong parcel they sent me (is anyone here waiting for a magnetic base for knives?). Finally yesterday they took an interest and today they tell me again than no they will not issue a refund since someone signed for something and it literally does not matter if it was not my parcel, nor if they never even picked up the parcel I was supposed to receive. Getting more pathetic by the day. I continue to NOT recommens this particular monkey.

I had 3 large parcels to send off to different addresses. No problems as I managed to sort out the best couriers who picked up the parcels from my home address and delivered quickly to the recipients. It made a lot of difference to me as I am now nearly 80 and wasnt looking forward to standing outside my local Post Office in the cold with heavy parcels. I will certainly use Parcel Monkey again.

I understand we are in difficult times but lve had a very difficult time with Parcel Monkey. My parcel was eventually collected on January 5th, Driver said there was a problems with the paperwork from P M, still not delivered to my daughter in Spain yet. No idea where it is or whats happening. Support on line from Monica was fruitless, went round and round still no idea what is happening or if my parcel will ever be delivered. Parcel Force driver said they are stockpiling parcels at the port. Incorrect paperwork provided. Have tried messaging Parcel Monkey they are blaming the drivers! There seems to be insufficient communication between them. Not sure what else to do?

Parcel Monkey making excuses for Parcel Force and not delivering my parcel as per service select, what’s the bloody point in offering services they cannot be fulfil. Ordered parcel force 48hrs for a small package and took 6 days to arrive 109 miles.

scammers, at first withdraw few minutes transaction appears as "processing" but after 20 minutes or so it simply dissapear and no confirmation on receiving address, no money received...they are thieves, stealing your money, DON NOT INVEST IN THIS SITE BIG BIG SCAM !!!! It was after I involved Mrs(vanessajace 0 ât Ģ máî!) who filed a suit against them that prompted them to return my money. Couldnt be more thankful.

Sent an item I sold on ebay at a cost of 13 pound which wasnt bad and labeled the parcel with my return address, parcelforce Couldnt deliver the item so instead of delivering it back to me parcel monkey charged me 16 pound to send it back to me what is all that about? Shocking service and I wont be using again which is a shame as I use them quite a bit.

Much harder so send to EU since Brexit, would be made easier if you didnt have to supply HS numbers for every item instead just itemise content. Government website for HS numbers very confusing so if they have to be supplied could Parcel Monkey not help?

Selected and paid for DHL Next Day Delivery in the morning on January 5th 2020. The parcel was to be collected on the 6th and delivered on the 7th. The parcel was collected in the early evening on the 6th, and was not delivered on the 7th (and so the birthday was missed), but at some point on the 8th. As at January 5th 2020 it cost a few pounds less to insure the parcel (value £300) on Parcel Monkey than on Parcel Hero.
