Easy to use website. Enabled all sorts of packaging options. Easy to compare quotes. Easy selection of preferred quote. No mucking about confirmation of order. Clearly identifiable delivery labels in final set of emails.

Sent my parcel to Spain on 30th November. Still not delivered to addressee. It’s been stuck in a depot in Spain since 6th December. Parcel monkey have stopped answering my emails

Well I was amazed!!
Booked delivery late on day 1, day 2 parcels were collected contact free, no fuss, on time.
Day 3, less than 18 hours after collection, parcels delivered to family members other side of the country, in time for xmas. My grandma was so happy and that means so much to me this year not being able to be there in person.
5 stars all round!

Great service, easy to track and communicate with human staff directly and quickly online. Parcels arrived, Spanish over perfect, although there was difficulty going to Sierra Leone, and recipient had to collect from office instead. But it got there and its not the easiest of places to deliver to.
Very well priced and website really good to use. Good insurance options.

Very happy. Parcel picked up during the stated time slot, delivered to Spain in 5 days (3 working days if the weekend is excluded). All in one piece. Not expensive (just try the Post Office...). Its the second time Ive used the service and so far so good.

Terrible service, additional charge taken without prior authorisation due to it being apparently 1kg over weight. This was untrue as it was weighed by me prior to despatch. Be aware before using this service.

Very easy to use and order online hence three stars but I paid extra for two day delivery and it’s been ten days now and it still hasn’t arrived. I do realise it’s Xmas post but I thought a courier would be more reliable. Also I can no longer track once the parcel left the country. I’ve since sent a second parcel to Scotland a few days later which hasn’t arrived so we’ll see. Update review later

First and last time i used that web . I send parcel on 12/12 and from 14/12 is the same status Nothing changed . My parcel should be delivered in 3-5 days . Still I don’t know where is my parcel

My parcels got to their destination within 5 working days. However, I was a bit miffed that I couldnt access the site over the weekend - it wouldnt process to the checkout. So, I had to wait until the Monday and by then the pickup day had changed. There was no explanation about why I couldnt complete the transaction at the weekend.

Sent a parcel from Uk to Portugal, paid International Priority to make sure the box would be delivered in 4-5 days. After 12 days , the parcel has not been delivered, I can’t find any information about it. When I contacted customer support they said they couldn’t do anything about it but contact the currier(parcel force) and get back to me. Still awaiting for a response 2 days later. I asked for a refund and they said they were unable to give me a refund! Very upsetting as the box contained the Christmas gifts to all the family which obviously now they won’t receive (at least on time!). I understand that delays can happen in this time of the year but not even being unable to track the parcel it’s unacceptable. Plus, all the parcels I sent before were NEVER delivered on time, always delayed by at least 4/5 days, hence my bad rating.
