Parcel was due to be picked up 30/03, wasn't picked up until 02/04. Delivery date was supposed to be 03/04...no show!!! Very poor service!

At 155cm long your item is too big for City Link and ParcelForce.
Wasnt any option to choose but NIGHTFRIEGHT. As a result charge was high any service is not as good as before specially poortracking system

A time slot for pickup would help in 2-3 hour slots would be a great benefit to personal users, otherwise excellent.

City link took 3 days to deliver as apparently they couldn't find the address!! Shame they don't use google as it clearly exists!!!

When ordering the parcel,I have mentioned that in the package will be "fragile objects",some of them broke due to the handling process.Shame
