The courier was late picking up a parcel and the help line given didnt have this as an option . P.M. has no contact number to get help.

Sorry but City Link have raised their costs for the first time in 3 years. Are you still getting "Next Day" with P2GO as their prices are higher than ours?
Missed collection, one of several mistakes Parcel Monkey has made recently, at least this one did not cost me money

Sometimes it woube good if you sent labels to sender and receiver as it would be much more certain to be seen by sender as Parcel Monkey

Always reliable, never had a problem. Sent a parcel to a repairer and he returned it via parcel monkey. first time he had used you. Value!!

Our Response: Just as soon as our courier partners can offer a collection window then we will provide it to our customers. You can drop off at the City Link depots if you like.
