I'm shocked. Price increases are one thing. 400% is another. Isle of Wight is in the UK, why is it four times the price?

Our Response: The surcharges for different parts of the UK are created by the couriers themselves. We don't mark the price up ourselves because of this.

The parcel was deliverted 5 Apr-checked with receiver but this has NOT been updated on 'My Account' Why?

Despite being on Courier's unisureable list, parcelmonkey insisted on my covering the mirror I sent. Mirror was broken in transit.

Parcel was not collected. I was not informed. On checking with Courier the collection was cancelled by depot for no apparent reason !!!
