Delivery driver never turned up for collection - a day wasted spent indoors waiting for them. Rescheduled collection was made OK.

Ok... Parcel collected April 5th. Billed as "Next day delivery". Now April 16th. Courier say will deliver tomorrow! Minimum 10 days late!!!
