If overnight delivery booked should be made clear if collection on fri then delivery not sat but mon. Didn't arrive till mon at 6:30pm.

Our Response: Saturday deliveries are a non standard service across the whole industry but can be booked with us for an additional charge.
first time I've used the sevice and found it cheerfully reasonable and easy to use..........impressed and will use again.

It said on the delivery receipt my item would be picked up on the 12th so I waited in all day, when infect it was picked up on the 13th

Thank you. Sorry but Russia caused us so many problems in the past with their customs so we decided it was not worth offering.

Yeah we think so too but the price rise was due to the large increase City Link gave all resellers. We still offer the best City Link prices though.
Disappointed there is no discounted mailing bag service now. Have started using another courier most of the time

Our Response: The tracking info shows no signature or delivery time so we are very sorry about that and will speak to the courier concerned as this should not happen.

Parcel was due to be collected on 12th and i had to call on 16th to see where the driver was,noone had called to mention delay

Yor service was very good, but the parcel has not arrived yet to its destination . It was urgent and for the money I have paid not sure.
