I really enjoyed Ur service. I suggest U improve by fixing a specific Collection Time because I had to stay indoors from morning until 3pm.

Not your fault. Courier link did not collect parcel on scheduled day. I contacted them and they had no reason as to why. Had to rebook it

Our Response: City Link are having problems in Essex since they have made boundary changes in their depots coverage. Essex is no longer covered by City Link with us until they resolve this issue.
The process worked fine until the courier(City link) only collected the parcel just before I had to leave work and did not deliver next day
