ParcelForce driver did not accept ParcelMonkey labels. We had to pay extra for PF sourced labels and this caused delays. Substandard

Our Response: That is not correct. ParcelForce should always bring their own labels as the ones we provide are just a guide to avoid confusion. No extra money is ever required.

Extremely damaged goods, payed for insurance cover, received nothing back although payment for insurance was taken.and its so well wrapped.
