We can only provide collection times that the couriers themselves can manage I'm afraid. At the moment this is "anytime"

I would pay an extra fee to schedule pick-up within a 2-3 hour time window, i'm sure others would too !!!

We would love to offer timed collections for a small fee but have to provide what the couriers say they can manage I'm afraid.

As a regular user I would say that Parcel Monkey seems fine but the couriers themselves often leave a bit to be desired!!
