Arranged a collection for next day. Time slot 10am to 11am arranged and then courier calls to say his van was too full for a 30cm parcel and he would collect between 4.30 and 5.30pm or earlier if he was passing again. Ended up calling him at 6.30pm to see where it was and he asked if he could collect the next day. I said no ive waited in all day and im not waiting again tomorrow. Wont be using this service or Courier ever again.

As far as I can make out, adding Parcel Monkey as third party in your courier transaction, serves to derail the process. When never I use Parcel Monkeys, without exception, the collection is delayed by at least a day. In addition Parcel Monkeys need some help with how to deal with complaints. I shall never use them again. Most couriers will deal with the public directly now, therefore, there is no need to endure the difficulties endured by using a broker like Parcel Monkey. Unforgivably poor.

Great service from Parcel Monkey. Selected the service I wanted to use from a wide range of carriers, prices and drop/ pickup options.
Good information on how to wrap the parcel securely, and easy to print labels were downloaded and printed off, and attached before dropping at the Post Office in this instance.
Tracking information available so the progress of the delivery could be seen.
Recommend Parcel Monkey, without hesitation. Have used on many occasions and haven’t been disappointed yet.

Fosse Way Honey and Apivino Mead products are sent efficiently and quickly on Parcel Force. Booked on Parcelmonkey and dropped off at the local post office.

laptop delivered safely and quickly good customer service but dont stick to the pick up before 12pm (was not a issue in my case) arrived at 2pm to deliver to London the next day paid more for cover up to £2000 which Hermes and DPD dont offer

Firstly, they cancelled my order and didnt let me know - I only found out after I chased them up. Secondly, they delivered an order that I had already cancelled well in advance, and still charged me for it. They refused to issue a refund. Parcel Monkeys errors resulted in wasted time and money and a lot of stress on my part - I strongly suggest you use an alternative courier.

used them for the first time to sens a parcel to China and it took them 11 days and even now 1 month later still not delivered as it turns out they provided the wrong paperwork and the item has been held by customs.

Parcel Monkey have always delivered and executed all assignments with certainty, clarity and have met all deadlines.the times I had issues they responded promptly and refunded without any fuss. Two parcels collected for two destinations, collected last wednesday for delivery Thursday, one delivered Friday the other not, we were told it was delivered friday but no one was there, no card put through door, on website we re-scheduled it for Monday, not delivered up until this afternoon it still said for delivery Monday. Have re arranged for delivery tomorrow Wednesday. Have one very unhappy customer plus the design agency that we worked on behalf of.

Have an account with Parcelmonkey and use them occasionally. Logged in without a problem even after a long break and found it easy to find my way to the sections I wanted. Arranged a parcel delivery online with Parcelforce with drop off to local Post Office. All went smoothly - the label arrived by email and printed out OK. The Post Office accepted it OK. Parcelforce collected it from Post Office on time. It was delivered via their 24hour service on time and the tracking was available online in real time.
Considerably cheaper than going direct through Parcelforce and no drawbacks that I could see. Very satisfied and would use the Parcelforce/Parcelmonkey combination again without hesitation.

One parcel I send with parcelmonkey got returned to the sender without any reason. Since I moved to a new address, I told them this parcel needs to be delivered to a different location. Even though they told me they have forwared the new address to DPD, DPD never tried to deliver it. Instead, they disposed the item after 5 weeks. So far, parcelmonkey has still not answered whether they will refund the parcel value even though I protected it for the delivery.
