I regularly send parcels at Christmas and sent 3 to different locations this week. Website is easy to use, parcels picked up next day and delivered within 24 hours. Brilliant service, highly recommend

Sat in all day for someone to pick my parcel up. Im disabled so i need this type of service as i cant get out . But yet again no one came. Stat away at all costs. Rubbish.

it was easy to arrange the collection , however getting updates on where our dispatched were was more problematic . they have now been delivered but it would have been helpful if we could have tracked their progress.

Would rather give no stars - paid over 50 pounds for next day delivery couriers. First one collected and then sitting at a depot 9 minutes away from my house and wont deliver for another 4 days! Now my neighbour told me the couriers went to their house this morning to collect my other 4 parcels for collection - and Parcel Monkey will take no liability - shocking company and a complete rip off - stay away!

Very straightforward site, could compare prices and order easily. I wanted a courier who would collect a parcel from the seller and deliver it to me. All went smoothly! Would use again.

process to shop straight forward, price was competitive … what wasn’t acceptable was that the description of timing to reach the destination was indicated as being next day .. not next week as it turned out to be !!!

I booked a "Parcelforce 24" branded 24 hour service on Parcel Monkey. I could not find out on the website when my parcel would be collected from my local Post Office so I checked with my local post office who said that Parcelforce collected every day at 5pm. I took the parcel to the post office at 4 30pm and was only then told that my parcel would not be collected until 2pm the following day because it was a different type of service. This meant I effectively got a 48 hour service, despite wanting a quicker service. The post office counter staff would not explain further to me why my supposed "Parcelforce 24" service package was treated differently to other Parcelforce packages. I felt very dissappointed by the slow service I received.

Booked DHL collection, which didnt turn up for three straight days. On each occasion I emailed Parcel Monkey and they sent me a new label within minutes, even late at night. So good customer service but at the end of the day I still have the parcel sitting in my hallway.
