The best courier comparison site, excellent service never had a problem with them . 5 * service. The only let down is their website is horrible at filling in customer addresses , website does not accept , reference numbers on the address , does not accept , Brackets ( ), full stops ., dash - ,or even a /. which is not user friendly . You want to ship a parcel with an address number 15/9 the parcelmonkey website will not accept, You want add a reference number to a parcel e.g ( GSP #A 235512) for ebay global shipping , the website will reject the address. I have brought this to their attention but they wont listen -Sort this problem and I will give you 100%

Generally excellent but on this occasion using you via Parel force has cost me time amd money. Not your fault , however very dissapointed that the parcel was not left at the address or at least a card. Now costing me £13 to receive it via DPD here at home. To save all the fuss and **** I will have to deliver it personally a round trip of 350 miles as I do not trust any courier to get it there . Going to be some excuse no doubt. Had it been returned to me free of charge due to failed delivery then fair enough. Unfortunately. not the case.

My parcel was sent using ParcelForce and it has been delayed - so had I booked direct with ParcelForce I would have been entitled for a 25% refund (of delivery cost) but Parcel Monkey will only pay compensation for lost or damaged items :( So my advise is to book direct with courier :(

I thing we should be told earlier that a phone number is required, for the small users, these numbers are not readily availably for one off sales & that in MY CASE TOOK 3 DAYS TO GET FROM THE PERSON, FOR A SALE ON eBay. ( I have had great difficulty finding the person) Pickup went smooth.
I did not wait & had the parcel collected, no one has used the number that I
gave, so why ask for it, instead you have sent me emails, giving the information as if I was expecting a parcel & telling me where to collect it, as you have been unable to deliver it 3 times. I now have an email with a QR pass for a pickup 200 plus miles away, also stating that you have a cut off date for collection, which is mid week, which I would like extended.

Very disappointed with this company. Courier failed to deliver my parcel with perishable goods in it. Courier were extremely helpful and completely owned their failure to give the service agreed. Courier agreed to refund and compensate completely. When it came to issuing the refund, they realised it was through Parcel Monkey and said they would pay them and I will get the money from Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey said there was no problem with the service !!... and no refund or compensation. I explained that Courier had already agreed to it. Eventually they agreed to refund the service but so far are still saying that they will not pay the compensation!! I await the reasons, but beware, they are quick to take your money but will not sort any problems out and will try and keep the courier refunds and compensation for themselves.

I sent 3 boxes and they only delivered one, they lost my other 2 parcels wouldnt even admit it, I am chasing them already for 2 months, I get all different kinds of answers, sometimes its we found it in our lost & found another time its we disposed of it, recently its like we dont know and we are reaching ou to the courier, etc. They are not even returning the money I paid for shipping, never mind the parcels worths.

Used many times and can always rely on them supplying the cheapest price. The reliability of the chosen courier is obviously out of their hands, but I have never had any problems in 5 years of using Parcel Monkey. Would definitely recommend.

I was told nearest drop off was a main depo in Warrington. This was totally wrong as there are many local shops to drop parcels off at. Customer services need retraining on this. Not easy to get an online chat about this either. No phone number to speak to someone.
