Our Response: Booked on the 25th June, collected on the 26th and delivered on June 27th so we are not sure what you mean?

the item we sent was severely damaged on arrival which has caused us a great deal of stress as we now have to make a claim against you

I booked a delivery for before 12 it was nearlt 2 pm when it arrived- if one pays extra it should come inthat time frame.

Happy with the collection of the parcel.However when tracking it the site says it will be delivered by 5.30pm but it didn't arrive till 6.30
