As usual excellent service - I just wish there was an option to check to say 'I will drop parcels at the earest depot' as thats what i do!

We are going to get this issue sorted with City Link but it's not as easy as it sounds unfortunately.

It was a 26 kilogram package and the rather small lady driver/courier could not lift it, so I had to carry it to the van!

Parcel not delivered, mixed up with another now we don't get to go on holiday as the package was a faulty tent. VERY angry!
