Sorry but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
The parcel was collect ontime and as arranged, It's now nearly a week later and i still can not get anything to say it was delivered

AM or PM collection specify would be an additional very handy feature, even if it takes longer to book or collect
