Your Royal Mail offer of discounts on multiple packages was not very user friendly. Wasnt clear how to get this or if multiple address ok.

We would love to offer this but at the moment can only provide what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

mt parcel wasn't collected and no card left no way of contacting you and payment has been taken, had to rearrange and paid twice
