excellent services all round i regulary use this site should give a few discounts when booking ore then 1 parcel from same pickup address

Sorry but that's down to the courier companies. They work more on discounts for multiple deliveries rather than collections as shown in our pricing structures with some of our partners.

Too expensive, and no discounts for loyal customers. Other couriers offer cashback via quidco and cheaper prices on smaller items.

Parcel due for pickup Monday for next day delivery was not collected with no prior notice. Had to wait in another day for collection.

Of course they are true as the data is taken from the courier companies themselves. Why would we try and charge this and risk a lost sale if it wasn't true??
PM is great but I will think twice before choosing CityLink again, don't call and don't follow instructions - 3 day nightmare!!

Would like to use Paypal, you must be the only company that don't use it.
