good but the driver left the item outside the house unattended. Luckily it is still there when the receiver come back to the flat.

That is not what we expect to happen. Sorry about that and we will speak to the courier concerned.
The site is easy to use/good value. The collection procedure is a bit of a disarray if you have more than 1 courier booked

would be good if you could provide a live timeframe as to when delivery/collection could be made instead of anytime between 7am to 7pm!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
