We would love to provide this to our customers but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

The parcel was picked up a day later than quoted AGAIN. The tracking is a bit iffy item from weeks ago still show up as in progress.

Good price and collected and delivered on time. Only down side is driver didn't have trolley so I had to help him with parcel as heavy.

We do mention on our website that with some Nightfreight orders our customers may need to help the driver. Having said that he should have had a trolley onboard.
Excellent service again, Parcel delivered ontime more than 500miles from pick up point. Will use again, as have in the past.

Price for sending small items signed for with insurance after selling on e-bay seams to have gone up.
