I had to phone City Link twice about when my parcel was going to be collected. It was finally picked up at 6pm. I had waited in all day.

Perhaps some GPS tracking software which automatically sends a text message to collection/delivery addresses when driver is nearby?

Courier are simply the worst couriers I have ever dealt with. 5 collections booked in 2 weeks - 5 failed collections, terrible excuses.
