Good price and collected and delivered on time. Only down side is driver didn't have trolley so I had to help him with parcel as heavy.

We do mention on our website that with some Nightfreight orders our customers may need to help the driver. Having said that he should have had a trolley onboard.
Excellent service again, Parcel delivered ontime more than 500miles from pick up point. Will use again, as have in the past.

Price for sending small items signed for with insurance after selling on e-bay seams to have gone up.

Find it difficult to understand why I tick next day service and some take longer. Why advertise next day if it may be delivered later

"Next day" works in around 96% of cases. Any delays in this are down to the courier or no one being available for a collection or delivery.
Excellent service. I was continually updated as to the progress of my parcels from collection to delivery. Would definitely use again.
