We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

ok, parcel wasn't collect first day, and cost me money contacting City Link, need easier customer support.

Our Response: You can simply re book your collection via your account or contacting our online support team who can do this for you. There is no need to contact the carrier directly in this case.
