Collection was a day late due to my order reaching Nightfreight 24 hours after it was placed

You have to book by 4pm with Nightfreight to get a next working day collection. Unfortunately you were just over an hour past this time.
Took day off to receive the package on scheduled day and it never arrived. Delivery made following day, when it was very difficult to arrang
