Our Response: Refunds are always issued for a failed collection and are carried out within 7 days.
Great service, good price, didnt have to wait in all day as citylink said it was ok to leave the parcel in my "safe place" outside

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Citilink did not pick up as scheduled. Did not sign and leave the receipt. Did not log the pickup until they reached their delivery depot.
