Our Response: An attempt was made to collect today at 10:04am but the premises were closed according to the tracking details.
Value for money, prompt collection and dependable tracking is a POD possible in the future to show who signed for it?

Arrived well within the advertised timescales and intact - it was an LED monitor, not insurable so concerned it could be damaged in transit.

We would love to provide this but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

I was happy with the speedy delivery service. Could I suggest a time slot or txt service for pick up though as had to wait in until 4.30pm.
