We have arranged to have parcel collected on 3 occasions, courier has failed to show up on all three. It's unacceptable.

Would be good to be given a specific time for pick up of parcel or make it clear that it will be 9 -5 - this may be a city link prob

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

driver refused to pick bed up twice, asking for bubble wrap on a £20 used wooden bed!!!!
