This is the second time iv had a basin delivered, yet again broken. This is Courier twice broken.

Our Response: Ceramics are not covered by us for this very reason. We are sorry your item arrived damaged but it's clear in our terms such goods are sent at the owners risk.

Courier are one of the worst couriers, I had to wait in all day ( the courier arrived at 5.15pm) and then they didn't update the tracking

Goods arrived damaged. Looked like crushing damage. I have no doubt if I claim you will say the packing was inadequate. Cost to me £30

Delivery listed as next day - but did not deliver on a saturday - had to wait until monday. Other than that, faultless.

You did not book a Saturday delivery. As explained "Next Day" covers UK working days Mon - Fri.
