Our Response: Sorry to read your item was damaged but you did send a "Porcelain Dinner Set" so could the packaging not have been adequate for such an item?
The ordering process could be faster; I use interparcel a lot. I also would like it if £50 insurance came as standard, no extra cost.

Fantastic service although i do have a suggestion, alot of ebay users use this service me included so possibly add paypal checkout?

PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.
