We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Citylink pickup guy is great - Still don't understand why a booking is only valid with a mobile and not any phone number

I paid for a service I didn't get. Ordered next day parcel on Friday morning arrives on Tuesday.

Our Response: Our transit times represent what the couriers themselves state they offer.
Only complaint is not letting u know pick up time waited in all day rang city link 3 times could text u in morning rough idea for pick up
