Even thpough you pay for delivery next day, Parcel Monkey/Courier say if they don' deliver thats fine as its not guaranteed. VERY UNHAPPY

Parcel Force UK hub is 10 minutes from my house, the Express 24 service collected on 28/09 and it was delivered 02/10 not what I paid for!!!
