Used service twice recently. Online booking, instructions straightforward. Paypal payment perhaps good idea.Collection delivery*****

PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.
Poor collection service - Courier failed collect first time, over phone, took directions but failed to collect. Collected four days late.

Citylink let you down this time. They're usually very good but failed to collect on day specified, I had to chase them!!!

First collection failed when there was someone home. This caused a delay over a weekend. Two attempts at simple pick up is not good enough

I have booked with parcelmaonkey a few times and was wuite pleased so far. This time the parcel was not collected the day stated. Shame!
