We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Maybe an auto email to say it has been tracked as delivered would be useful(?) If you can.

Thanks for your suggestion. Many customers send numerous items a day with us and would not welcome this. Therefore we think the tracking link is sufficient for those wishing to monitor the delivery of their item.

City Link stopped this option back in October 2011. Let's hope they decide to bring it back soon or another courier starts to offer this!!
Great Service. My only complaint is that the price shown should include VAT. I misquoted the price to my ebay buyer as a result.
