Placing an order is straight forward, the only little hiccup is - if do you have a query, it would be nice to be able to speak with someone

Less than 4% of orders have a query, be it a very basic one or something more serious, so our online messaging service works very well. Telephone support is very expensive and therefore the vast majority of our customers would have to pay more money for the services booked with us and not benefit from this.
