Very disppointed with my recent booking! I booked in two parcels with Courier to be collected today and nobody has been to collect them.

Parcelforce returned our parcel because it was 950gramms overweight, yet you say that a (there not enough characters for detailed comments)

Our Response: If the service limit is 30KG and you send something that is heavier that is the risk you take. They operate under a strict manual handling policy and will not risk personal injury.
