I only rated satisfactory as i ha to help the driver off load my 40kg parcel, not very helpful for a 50+ lady????

was sent for next day delivery this did not happen if i wanted a 48 hour service i could have saved money not very happy with the service

Speedy delivery but noticed that the prices have gone up considerably this time round.

The price has increased due to the courier selected charging more for large items.
Really easy to arrange collection and see cost.

Collected on Friday as promised but not delivered the next day. Understandable as weekend but there should be a note on this when booking

The courier failed to pick up twice, then picked up and delivered the wrong item. We paid for a pallet collection and got a box

PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.

Paid for a before 12pm delivery, item was delivered until 2:30pm ish, my customer was'nt impressed had to refund postage
