We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Excellant service parcel was still collected even though I had been unable to print and attach the label. It was done at the depot. Thanks!

It showed as a 'before midday' booking but was not - it was next day. This was a major set back and we would not have booked it.

Our Response: I am sorry but you did not book and pay for a pre 12 delivery.
Offer free knitted monkey's like pg tips do. Only when people send lots of parels.
