We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Delivery was made two days late...neither me nor the recipient was phoned/ emailed to advise of delay recipient waited in all day! Very poor

Collection driver, was a bit off putting. Ie. "I hope it ain't that bloody big old thing!" But he did carry it to the van, was on time etc

Apparently Parcelforce let you choose am or pm or even after 4 pm pickup, but this is not bootable through Parcelmonkey
