City Link stopped this option back in October 2011. Let's hope they decide to bring it back soon!!
very poor, the parcel was left at the wrong address, luckily they contacted us. i would appreciate a credit for this delivery.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

The tracking has not been available at all for the 5 days I posted the item. That has been poor. I dont know if it is arriving.

How about an update at lunchtime by email or text to say how far through the afternoon a parcel will be collected.

We would love to do this but can only give you the information that the courier gives us.
Excellent next day service, could do with Saturday collections

Maybe in the future this will be offered but most courier companies only operate with Saturday deliveries.
