great service very easy and made life more easy but should tell you you need to print labels as our printer was broken and caused an issue

We have printer signs next to the selection of couriers which advise if a printer is needed or not.
All went to plan and collected and delivered as agreed.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Very efficient service from placing order, through collection to delivery - will definitely use Parcel Monkey again!!!
