I booked a ParcelForce delivery to Hong Kong which was advertised at 3 days but actually took 6 creating significant problems due to the lateness of crucial documentation. When i contacted Parcelforce they at first said they couldnt talk to me because it had been booked thru a third party and then said it wasnt their issue as they had got it to Hong Kong and it was now in the hands of a local third party. Buyer beware

Absolutely diabolical customer service. UPS didn’t lift my parcel from the drop off point for 12 days, admitted their error and told me to ask parcel monkey to apply for a refund directly. As per their own terms and conditions they are in the wrong and choose to ignore your messages and hope you go away. AVOID!!!! Use other companies as customer service is non existent

Still No Resolution – Empty Promises and Shifting Blame Despite Parcel Monkey’s public reply here claiming my case was "escalated" and that someone would reach out, I have yet to be contacted by anyone—four days later. Even more frustrating, they recently claimed that I didn’t properly declare my item, suggesting I only listed it as “Apple 11.” This is entirely false. I clearly declared the parcel as: “APPLE 11” iPadPro MVV83NF/A, which I have proof of via a screenshot I took during booking (because my laptop battery was low) and on the commercial invoice. Their system accepted the booking with full knowledge of the item—no alerts, no restrictions flagged. I also spoke to their support team again today. The agent was vague, unhelpful, and simply reiterated a 24-hour response timeframe, which—based on experience—means nothing. They continue to ignore their own Clause 8.1, which states they are not exempt from liability if the item is submitted with their knowledge—which mine clearly was. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience and the apparent lack of accountability or transparency. At this point, I am seriously considering legal escalation through the Small Claims Court to recover the insured value of the lost item. Parcel Monkey, this is not how you treat paying customers.

My review isn’t for Parcel monkey but for DX! I sent a pallet with a rare guitar speaker cabinet packed on top. Driver turned up without a pallet lift and used a sack lift to store move the large 45kg speaker. I complained as I had paid for a pallet transport! They put it back on a pallet for the journey but the cabinet arrived broken! Luckily the buyer was still happy with the overall item but I’m certainly never going to use DX again!

They LIED to me repeatedly — claiming the package would be delivered, and it never was. They misled me multiple times, sending me to the wrong locations without any explanation. I stayed home for days, waiting for deliveries that never came. For 50 days, they have wasted my time, my energy, and my patience. I have never encountered a worse company in my life. They deceive people, give false information, and deliberately mislead their customers. It feels like psychological abuse — they are doing everything they can to avoid delivering a simple package. Shame on you. You are beyond irresponsible. You owe me an explanation, compensation, and most of all — my time back. They even sent me an email saying the package would be delivered today — and guess what? They didn’t even send it out for delivery! I waited the whole day for nothing!

The price was competitive,but I did have a query about the parcel delivery and really wanted to speak to someone on the telephone about it. I couldnt find anyway to do this at Parcel Monkey and ended up calling the courier directly,who were able to help.

I was very impressed that only took 8 days to arrive in Australia..and parcel intact..Excellent service..it keeps you updated throughout the stages of shipment. Would definitely recommend..Will be using this service again...thank you

We have used them many times. When it goes right, its fine. However they are pretty terrible dealing when things go wrong. Last week we had Parcelforce pick up two parcels, they put the labels on the wrong boxes (we have photographic proof) and therefore the boxes were delivered to the wrong people on Friday. It is now mid-way through Monday. The boxes are still with the wrong people and ParcelMonkey are apparently looking into it (from their chat). Having given us 24-48 hours to resolve, were now going past 72 hours and nothing. There is no phone number or named person to connect with, they dont have any leverage with Parcelforce and so we are stuck.

Used DX Express to collect & deliver parcel on 29th April as only courier to preprint a label. No confirmation email or tracking number was given to me. Now struggling to obtain refund which is impossible without a tracking number. DX Express will not access my phone query without a tracking number!! Not at all happy with whole experience & disgusted with DX Express.

Useless - dont rely on these Monkeys for urgent anything. After carefully filling in everything and getting to the drop-off location, the package was refused due to "Does not have Digital Clearance" Your help desk told me to try a different drop off location. The same refusal was provided. Clearly something wrong with your integration with Fed Ex My advice is to stay well clear as this was time critical Go direct to Parcel Force - much better and more reliable service.
