Collections are invariably AT LEAST 2 DAYS LATE, delivery then take A FURTHER 2 DAYS. Terrible Service. How are you still in business?

Courier service (Courier) regular doesn't collect on the designated day. Resulting in numerous phone calls to rearrange. Terrible service.
