The recipient told me that if I hadn't wrapped it in 4" bubblewrap, it would have been destroyed. It was COVERED in "fragile" tape too.

1ST TIME I USED THIS COMPANY AND THEY FAILED TO PICK THE PARCEL UP FOR 3 DAYS. I WAS TOLD PARCEL WOULD BE COLLECTED 3 TIMES. POOR!
