Hi Very happy, packaging by my friends who shipped was very poor but items still arrived in tact, concerned that single driver lifted 34kg

We do state that when using this service you may have to assist the driver.
Courier did not collect 3 times! That's appalling. They even claimed it had been collected when I was looking at it. Will never use agn

i use PM for both personal and bussiness, only thing i would say come be improved is the hours drivers collect parcels 9-5 is good..
