Left note to collect from neighbour,driver stopped, neighbour at gate with parcel,drove off. paid for guaranteed next day delivery-useless!!

Our Response: I am sorry to read that and while we apologise for this the individual actions of a courier driver is beyond our control. However rest assured we will speak with the company he works for.

Used Interparcel before which had a cut off time for booking a courier when you get a quote. Please make this facility available.
