Late delivery- Courier customer service state do give refund /discount for delay shipments.Parcelmonkey doesnt forward these on to customer.

Our Response: This is not correct as they do not refund if they fail to collect on time. They only refund us if you book a pre 9am etc service and they fail to deliver these on time.

the person had to pay £150 customs fees-i filled the forms correctly ,everything was done right -value £20 but had to pay £150 to receive
