Would be really useful if you could do shorter collection slots, so customers knew roughly when you'd come to collect.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Providing an approximate time of collection would be good but aside from that it was a fantastic service. 5 days to get to Australia = win!
