i received two speaker wich was badly damaged, this would be the third time the same driver have delivered goods damaged.

Parcel was collected 3 days late when it was booked for next day delivery

I have yet to hear back after making a claim over 2 weeks ago for a parcel that did not get picked up (having booked next day guaranteed)

Our Response: I can't find a record of you booking a guaranteed service with us. All guaranteed services relate to the delivery side of the service as explained at the time of booking.
