I received an extracharge from the local delivery company (DHL) for 'handling charges' (GBP 9) in addition to local taxes.

Our Response: Local taxes relating to International bookings are not something that ParcelMonkey can be held accountable for.

Would be really useful if you could do shorter collection slots, so customers knew roughly when you'd come to collect.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
