Would love to see p.m. offering the same service for packets up to 1kg...We send out several via r.mail at a cost of £2.70 each

Royal mail have this market covered and it's simply not in ours or the couriers business interests to try and compete with such a low priced product.
I would have liked to have known when the parcel was delivered.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Parcel Ref: PM1728247 was picked up by nightfreight. They tried to pick it up again? the following week! IT STILL HASNOT BEEN DELIVERED!!!

Make it clear that a landline number can be used if one doesn't have mobile phone. Also enable use of VPN (or warn that booking won't work).

Item was not collected, had to stay in and rebook, the next day driver turns up he looks really shabby and does not even have a pen to sign
