The service was effective, but even now there are no delivery details of the item. So, the tracking element doesn't seem to work.

I paid for delivery by 12am on Saturday. The parcel arrived on Monday morning.

Our Response: I am sorry but you didn't book the Saturday service. You booked a Friday collection for delivery by 12 on the next "working day" which is exactly what you got. If you wanted a Saturday delivery then you should have selected this service.
A four timescale for collection would be good, rather than the all day one that I was given.
